How this website handles the information you choose to share.
Enquiry information
The enquiry form sends your name, email address, postcode or area, and the project details you choose to provide to Paul by email. Phone number, dimensions and budget are optional. Cloudflare processes the form to deliver that email; submitted answers are not saved in a website database.
Folls Limited uses your information to respond to your enquiry and discuss any resulting project. Your enquiry is held in the business email inbox. Include only information relevant to the work. To ask about your information or request deletion, contact info@follsbespoke.co.uk.
Maps and external services
The interactive map loads only when you select “Load Google Map”. Loading it connects your browser to Google, which may process your IP address and use cookies under its own privacy policy. You can use the directions link instead.
WhatsApp and other external links open separate services with their own privacy practices. If you send photographs or a message through WhatsApp, those are shared with Paul through that service.
Website services
The website does not use visitor analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare hosts the site and uses limited connection information to operate the service and prevent spam. Fonts are loaded from your device.
